By accessing or using Vendtech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Vendtech provides digital payment solutions including but not limited to:

  • Money transfers between users and accounts
  • Airtime purchases for mobile networks
  • Bill payments (electricity, water, utilities)
  • QR code payments at merchants
  • Merchant tools and business solutions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Transactions and Payments

4.1 Transaction Authorization

By initiating a transaction, you authorize Vendtech to process the payment as instructed. All transactions are final and non-reversible except as required by law.

4.2 Transaction Limits

We may impose transaction limits based on account verification level, regulatory requirements, or security considerations.

4.3 Fees

Some services may incur fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Vendtech services for:

  • Illegal activities or transactions
  • Money laundering or fraud
  • Unauthorized access to others' accounts
  • Gambling or prohibited gambling activities
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Security and Fraud Prevention

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your transactions and personal information. You must:

  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
  • Report suspicious activity immediately
  • Not share your account with others

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability. However, we may occasionally perform maintenance or experience technical issues. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sierra Leone. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Freetown, Sierra Leone.
